In communication the agent is very poor. To receive just acknowledgment on entry condition report it took them Two weeks. Moreover, some employees do take the responsibility of reception front staff. This is happened when I was to receive the Key from the agent.

She helped us find a new property as the owner decided not to renew the one we are staying in, raise the task immediately as possible for the maintenance.
