We have rented, brought and been through many realestates, and moving has always been extremely stressful & confusing at times, but we were pleasantly surprised through this experience. In communication the agent is very poor. To receive just acknowledgment on entry condition report it took them Two weeks. Moreover, some employees do take the responsibility of reception front staff. This is happened when I was to receive the Key from the agent.
