Thanks Kylie and the team and Downton. The previous property manager left me with a mess - repairs and maintenance had not been done and the tenant was leaving! Kylie quickly turned it around at least cost. She communicated with me every step so I knew it was all under control and coming together. I really felt she listened to what I wanted - minimise costs and vacancy. All her suggested works were sensible and reasonable cost. The result was the house was repaired to a good standard quickly and a tenant moved in in a bit over a week. I'm really grateful to you Kylie, Thanks so much! I don't usually write reviews but I know you did so much work behind the scenes getting this great result for me.

Got the house after all the check. The house is just okay because lots of maintenance needed in the house. Almost filled whole condition report about the house. Couple of emergency repair regarding kitchen tap, Laundry tap, bathroom tap are the main issues. I have reported about the maintenance but almost more than a week but no response. We are unable to use any tap. Being a tradie I can fix but they said go suffer through agency. 😡😡😡 Very poor response about the query

Let me start by explaining that I have lived in a lot of rentals in my time. I'm 31 this year and I have lived in approximately 33 rentals in my time, many of which during my adulthood were in the Hobart region with various agencies. I had not come across an agent as dedicated, professional and courteous until I met Kelly. With our current lease soon to expire, Kelly went above and beyond with her communicative skills and efficiency, having us inspecting and into a new rental *within a week* when we were possibly on the cusp of homelessness. Her attention to detail and truly kind, thoughtful and genuine approach will stick with me far beyond my dealings with the agency and the current rental, and I wish only good things to happen to her. On top of this, the crew at Downton are incredibly responsive and polite, and they should be lauded for their excellent manner and professionalism. Myself and my friend are extremely grateful, and very appreciative of the quality of service we have already experienced dealing with Downton Property and their employees. 11/10 Joe

Inspected a house, great communication, great support through out the inspection. Kept in touch with me over the next few days. Got keys for new rental property a week later. Fantastic team work, easy to talk to and communication is perfect. Kelly you are am amazing property manager and have so many things in palace so promptly to complete and our new property. 5 stars all around

I can’t fault the experience I have had with Nat, Kelly & her team on gaining my first rental. The process was very smooth, they always answer my calls and emails (I’m sure they’ll ease with time) sorry!! As a first time renter, they’ve gone above and beyond.
