Nat Yaxley, Jamie Philp, Kylie Nelson and the whole team at Downton Property have continued to surpass my expectations. My initial discussion with Nat when I was deciding which Agency to use was fantastic. She was the only Agent (out of 4 Agencies) I spoke with that seemed to genuinely want to assist me and provide any extra information I needed. I knew she would not only look after me but she would also take care of my tenants which is incredibly important. The team's consistent communication and fast responses to my questions has been a great help as I am an interstate landlord. Best of all, they managed to lease both of my properties after just 1 open home for exactly the amount I was after. I will certainly be recommending the team to other landlords and be asking them to look after future purchases.

Hello I want to absolutely commend Mikayla for all her hard work regarding these properties. I feel so safe knowing she is looking after them and I really appreciate how much she cares for them. In particular, Mikayla is prompt in letting me know any issues as they come to hand, ensures matters are quickly and efficiently attended to and does her best to ensure the property is kept in the best condition (which for a landlord is what really matters), especially during a time of somewhat difficult tenants at one of the properties. Mikayla was also terrific in taking me through the properties last month when I flew down from Melbourne to see them. I hope this feedback flows back to Mikayla's superiors because they should know how great she is at her job!
