We had Emily help us with our application and processing and she is very friendly, personable and given how full on and busy it must be to work in this industry, she is quick to follow up and keep in touch with any queries and updates. Having moved back from Brisbane, I was worried about the rental market and application process and she made it stressful free and helped me with all my queries!
