Nick was an excellent real estate agent. He was very helpful, considerate, and patient throughout the process. He gave us an extra time to view the property, which made all the difference in helping us get picked . Since moving in, we haven’t had any issues with the house, and our son is really happy here. We had Emily help us with our application and processing and she is very friendly, personable and given how full on and busy it must be to work in this industry, she is quick to follow up and keep in touch with any queries and updates. Having moved back from Brisbane, I was worried about the rental market and application process and she made it stressful free and helped me with all my queries!
