I was super impressed with Nat's enthusiasm, advice, recommendations and strategy while selling my property. Nat was ALWAYS available on all matters associated with the sale and provided first class service. Best of all was her commitment to seeing me through the whole process of selling and then buying a new property. Although I made offers on two other properties not with Downton that i missed out on Natalie facilitated both contracts on my behalf because I trusted her. We spent many hours on the phone and in person whilst she helped me to find my dream home. Nat eventually found me a home to buy I fell in love with that wasn't even on the market. It was a stressful time making offers and missing out but her off market strategy made me feel so at ease it took all the stress away not having so much competition. I would 100% recommend buying or selling through Nat. Thank you so much I would never use anyone else.

We were leaving our investment property through another agent, after consulting with Nat's property leasing team we learnt we were close to $80 pw under market value. That was the start of our dealings and we haven't looked back. When we decided to sell we had to to fund our home renovation - covid hit. Nat kept us updated and sold our house in 3 weeks which was incredible in the environment we were in. 7 weeks on most of the houses that were put on still haven't sold.
