I went to 18/737 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why on itâs open day. Angelo was friendly but not imposing while I read the contract and taking a close look at everything.
I liked the place, wasnât perfect but good enough. I contacted Angelo with an offer subject to auditing the strata report.
Angelo advised frankly of the possible special strata levy, itâs worse case figures. I didnât expect a real estate agent to tell me that, thought my conveyancer would, appreciated the upfront nasty part. This saved me lots of time.
I made my final offer knowing the numbers and needed quick jiffy 30 day settlement with no cooling off. It was done at lightening speed. I inspected Saturday, Sunday was fathers day, Monday afternoon, contracts exchanged, 66W done and deposit paid.

Only negative was I thought the google speaker playing background music was to block the traffic noise on Pittwater Rd and told him so in front of everyone. He invited me to turn it off and see for yourself. I did and wasnât as nearly as bad as I thought, probably because it was on top level , set back and insulation not too bad anyway.
