Cris, our property manager, is very professional and efficient in looking after the property with great attention to details. We have had our unit in Oaks avenue Dee Why for over 30 years and we have had incredible management from Doyle Spillane. They encouraged us to have some updating done 15 years ago, bathroom tiles, kitchen, and painted throughout. The works organised by them took under four weeks and then a new tenant moved in straight away. Apart from that the unit has not missed a day without tenancy in all that time.
