When my tenant was recently offered a new 12 month lease with a rise in rental fees (the first rise in several years), he chose to leave within two weeks. Maddison handled the discussions etc with the tenant, who at times has pushed every deadline to the absolute limit. He vacated on a Monday and would not allow access to the unit till the deadline of midnight on that Monday. Maddison inspected the unit and arranged a couple of small cleaning issues to be completed in time for the advertising of the empty unit on Wednesday, which produced several enquiries. There was a smooth transition of the rental process to Megan ready for the 'open house' part on Saturday where around 13 interested parties viewed the unit. This was quickly narrowed down to three applications made. Through this time I received email notifications of every step, from both Maddison and Megan, including copies of the profiles of the applicants. I chose the couple who I felt would fit into the community in the block and so that was confirmed very quickly. The young couple decided to move in on the following Saturday and then changed it to Friday - all steps being forwarded to me via email. I did not know how this process worked and was grateful to both Maddison and Megan for keeping me completely up to date. The move went smoothly and without any hic-ups that I am aware of. Soon after the move in I was advised there was a problem with the showerhead and authorised a plumber to purchase a new one and to install it. These were done with great efficiency in a two-day period. I have been delighted with the expert care and communication I have received from Doyle Spillane since signing with them two years ago. I have no hesitation in referring others to go with this agency.

Did you know they where renovating the unit next door I’ve had jack hammers for the last four an a half weeks awesome start too my start I’m over it still cleaning all the dust out witch filled my unit an even set smoke alarms off if I knew this I wouldn’t of moved in not happy at all
