I am a buyers agent and have purchased properties for my clients through Matt. He always represents his owners well, pushing me to get every $ possible from my clients. He is knowledgeable of the market and great with communication. If you are thinking of selling, I deal with all selling agents due to my job, and highly recommend Matt to sell your home.

From the first time we met Matt he maintained his enthusiasm and drive to help us sell our house in a very difficult environment. His up front, honest advice and support was really helpful to navigate the difficulties in trying to sell the house. He always made himself available, kept us up to date and provided his honest input into the important decisions. Would thoroughly recommend Matt if you are looking to sell your house on the Northern Beaches.

Matt was a straight shooter from the start, he was tenacious in his pursuit to sell my apartment, even in a tough market, and did so with great positivity throughout. I can highly recommend Matt and the team at Doyle Spillane.

I'd recommend Matt and his team to anyone wanting to sell their property without hesitation. This is the second time I've used Matt and I continue to be impressed with his commitment to get the best results. He has a clear understanding of the local market, how to prepare the property for sale, the strategy to maximise its exposure to the market and amazing negotiation skills. But beyond that, I knew he was working hard to acheive the best result for me while being really aware of the buyers needs. ` Matt your a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Annette

I have used Matt and his team previously and they didn't let me down then or for sale either. They were professional in everyway possible with what we required and were there anytime to answer questions and give us advise. we ended up selling within 2 weeks and for for a great price which I put down to Matt, I would not hesitate to use Matt again for future sales.

We bought our home with Steve and his team 5 years ago, and after comparing with competitors for its sale, we chose Steve in a heartbeat. He was genuinely attentive to our feelings and preferences, and his knowledge of the building and the neighbourhood was obvious. We achieved good results thanks to the advice on how to present the property. Everything was dealt with instantly and there were solutions to every issue encountered in the process. Steve was always available and the communication was outstanding. We were also impressed by the accuracy of the initial appraisal: our property sold for exactly that amount, before the auction.

Angelo was great to work with. Excellent communication and high degree of local knowledge. He worked really hard on my sale, very determined, gave great advice and despite a declining market achieved a great price I was happy with. I would highly recommend his services for anyone on the Northern beaches.

From the moment we met Stephen, we knew he was the right Agent to sell our much loved family home. Stephen generously gave his time, expert advice and guidance to ensure the property presented well for auction. Throughout the campaign, Stephen was beyond outstanding. Not only was he always available to take inspections, he remained optimistic in this tough market. We were very appreciative of the regular updates we would receive and Stephen would communicate with all family members. To his credit, Stephen sold the property after just two weeks. He delivered an excellent sales campaign that was highly successful. Stephen remained focused and committed from start to finish and he should be congratulated for achieving such a wonderful result. Thank you so much for your efforts Stephen. We are very appreciative and believe you are the No.1 Sales Agent on the Northern Beaches. We would highly recommend Stephen at Doyle Spillane to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

From the first time I met Stephen I was impressed with his friendly demeanour and his ability to make me feel like I had chosen the right agent to sell my parents home of nearly 60 years. He had a great knowledge of the local area and realistic prices and was totally honest and up front about the whole process of selling. When we hit a few stumbles with pool compliancy, he knew who we could use to fix the problems which took a lot of stress away. My parents and I had to leave Sydney to be closer to my family in Queensland and I basically left the whole process of selling the house to him as we were not going to be around. Stephen kept me in loop about everything that was happening, he never seemed to have a day off! When we got a great offer after only 2 open houses I totally trusted his advice and he got my parents a great price prior to auction enabling them to be where they need to be. I would totally recommend Stephen as an outstanding agent.
