I went to 18/737 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why on it’s open day. Angelo was friendly but not imposing while I read the contract and taking a close look at everything. I liked the place, wasn’t perfect but good enough. I contacted Angelo with an offer subject to auditing the strata report. Angelo advised frankly of the possible special strata levy, it’s worse case figures. I didn’t expect a real estate agent to tell me that, thought my conveyancer would, appreciated the upfront nasty part. This saved me lots of time. I made my final offer knowing the numbers and needed quick jiffy 30 day settlement with no cooling off. It was done at lightening speed. I inspected Saturday, Sunday was fathers day, Monday afternoon, contracts exchanged, 66W done and deposit paid. Very happy indeed, Angelo did a stirling job and equally Zac processing the contract on Monday afternoon Only negative was I thought the google speaker playing background music was to block the traffic noise on Pittwater Rd and told him so in front of everyone. He invited me to turn it off and see for yourself. I did and wasn’t as nearly as bad as I thought, probably because it was on top level , set back and insulation not too bad anyway. So overall, spot on really. Angelos best asset is no nonsense, frank and quick off the blocks. It’s refreshing as most agents can be too much waffle and too much show poney"
