We chose Susan as our agent of choice after meeting a total of three, which included one very high profile person, but she was head and shoulders above the others by a long shot. Rather than talk too much, as the others did, she listened and then pounced on opportunities as they arose. We found working with Susan a breeze as she was punctual and made sure we were abreast of each step of the way. What I also appreciated was the extras that she suggested really did have an effect. At the end of the process, both my wife and I were very happy with the outcomes of the sale and the approach and methods that Susan employed to get us there. P.s. I should add one other little thing that helped Susan with our decision to make her our agent of choice, was that two years previously we received in the mailbox a cookie cutter and a recipe for shortbread (at Christmas time) that we used and I responded back to her at the time with positive feedback. Its all about going the extra distance if you want to plant the seed in people's minds early and to win from it.
