Steve was amazing. He project managed a raft of tradies to freshen up my place at lightning speed. Within ten days it had repairs done, was painted, carpeted, styled, photographed and looking move in ready. Steve's focus is on understanding what buyers are looking for and helping deliver that. Not pushy, very professional and thinks strategically about what will deliver the best outcome for the seller, both in terms of $ and locking in a sale. Sold and exchanged in four days. Thanks Steve, a pleasure dealing with you.

Steve used all of his extensive knowledge and experience to achieve a great result and was always available for questions and advice. His effort was especially appreciated considering Covid and the uncertainty of lockdowns. He worked well with our tenant and his experience in evaluating offers was invaluable.

Given Covid times, did not expect to be able to list and sell a property that was tenanted. Steve navigated the tenant the rental agent, the buyers with great skill and kept us in the loop. We were delighted that we achieved above what we hoped and all in a very short time, less than 2 weeks from picking an agent to having a signed contract. Very happy.

We have sold two properties with Steve already, and will most likely sell again in the future. He is easy to work with, straightforward and delivers on his promises. He explained in details what needed to be done to maximise the selling outcome, and assist step by step whether we wanted to do the preparations ourselves (the first sale) or use his trusty recommended service providers (second sale). Both sales value established a new record for the street/block moving the value of other homes/apartments up, so Steve is a hero to our old neighbours too! We would absolutely recommend to sell properties with Steve.

Steve is a unique talent in the real estate industry. He has collected data over many years and uses this to drive great outcomes for his customers. I trusted Steve's recommendations on house improvements and this paid off big-time as our sale price was 10% over our expectations. Steve went the extra yards to get us that 10% which made a massive different for us.

This is the second property that Steve has sold for us with great results both times. Steve came around to appraise our home and in 5 weeks we had moved out and had it on the market. It sold in just 6 days ! Well above his appraisal. We couldn't have been happier with the result. If you are looking for an agent you can't go past Steve Thomas Edge Real Estate.
