We were introduced to Steve from a friend who had sold their house through Steve, he came highly recommended. On meeting Steve we found him to be open and honest and he had a vast amount of knowledge in real estate as you would expect. His idea was to sell our house within a week, he explained his reasoning that times have changed and most people do not want to wait weeks for an auction. This made sense to us and away he went. Our home was put online on a Wednesday and went to auction on the following Monday, 6 days in total.
