I'm very happy with Steve. If you want the best price, you need to be prepared to work to his instructions but from my perspective it has worked well. 18 months ago I was disappointed with my current agent being unable to sell my residential property and decided to try Steve. He sold it within a couple of weeks. This time I wanted to sell an investment property and he had offers coming in within a week. He can ask a lot from you, as in preparation for sale, but he will get you the best result. I highly recommend Stephen Thomas.

We were introduced to Steve from a friend who had sold their house through Steve, he came highly recommended. On meeting Steve we found him to be open and honest and he had a vast amount of knowledge in real estate as you would expect. His idea was to sell our house within a week, he explained his reasoning that times have changed and most people do not want to wait weeks for an auction. This made sense to us and away he went.
