I met out agent Mr. Sam on the day of inspection and the way he helped us through out the questionnaire, we were really happy. Till the date we did not had any good conversation with any of the agent from other institute. They did not even helped us with our question. But the day of inspection, we were really happy with the service provided by Sam, he answered all our questions and concerns we had and yes we got to live in the high society and the stay is going very well there. Sam was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and so supportive with the whole process of renting our place, getting it ready for tenants, getting professional pictures for advertising and helping select the right tenants for our house. It has been a great experience, and would use him again in a heartbeat should we need to again in the future. Highly recommend Sam.

I’ve rented quite a bit through different agencies in Canberra, and Edge is by far the best. Right from the beginning Sam was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable signing the lease. He also made the condition report a breeze, easiest one I’ve ever done. During my tenancy if I have needed things fixed around the home, Sam is always onto the maintenance faster than I’ve ever experienced. I hope to rent from Edge for years to come.

Sam is knowledgeable, highly competent, and honest. After meeting Sam seven years ago, he has always had time to give me advice. Sam is now managing our first investment property, and the experience so far has been exceptional. He was able to secure a tenant before we had settled on the property. I wouldn't use anyone else.
