Finding a place to lease is stressful enough, particularly in today’s market. Most agents and agencies seem to be running a numbers game first and foremost and often forget that every application and phone call has someone’s hopes and dreams behind it. From the get go Sam was an absolute pleasure to have as an agent. Our friends who originally rented the house got us in touch with Sam before they moved out, and Sam was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole swap-over process. He made it as smooth and easy as he could for us to move in a short amount of time. I found Sam by chance and I'm glad I did. I had been with several agencies over the years and was becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of service that I was PAYING for. As I live interstate I put a lot of faith in my agent, and Sam doesn't let me down. He's been thorough finding suitable tenants and conducting the condition reports. He has even attended personally to tighten loose door handles, which saved me the cost of a handy man call out! All I ask is that the agent treat my property like their own, and I have to say I've been more than happy. It really is set and forget. If you're sick of the lack of service for which you pay, give Edge a go. I can't speak more highly of Sam's.

Sam is the guy you need! I've never seen such efficiency, commitment and personal care about me and my home from a property manager before. My partner and I bought a new home and leased Salisbury St when we moved. It took Sam just 5 days after the ad going on allhomes to having the tenant signed with bond and rent paid! We only moved out the weekend prior so this quick turnaround saved us well over $1,000 had it taken an extra 2 weeks to find a tenant and have them sign a tenancy which I was anticipating. The lease started 7 months ago and I can honestly report that the service and commitment hasn't dropped. Anything that happens with the home or tenancy Sam is on top of, even when the mail redirection doesn't work and mail keeps going to my old address! Thanks heaps Sam. PS it also helps he's a muscle car fan too 😀
