Peter Menaglio has recently sold my property. It has been a very good experience. The price was far beyond what I could have imagined a few months ago. Peter has been friendly and helpful. I do not have other sales to compare with, as my last sale of property was in a different state back in 1987, and that had quite a few difficulties. This recent sale by Peter has gone very smoothly, communication was good, even though I was travelling out of Australia with no phone connection. I was also at fault for neglecting a vital matter required to complete the sale until the last few days before settlement, but everything worked out very well. Thank You Peter!
