Claude was great at providing the right advice on how the best way to sell my apartment. At the beginning, the property was leased, which meant at least three months before being able to put the property on the market. During that time he still managed to organise all the right paperwork to then be able to put the market in the shortest time possible (after tenant vacated). As I lived in the other side of the country, Claude was fantastic at getting the home ready and presentable, from organising painters, electrician and hired furniture. It meant that I didn't have to be there in person or make phone calls and hope things happen, which was great! We came across a few stumbles from the buyer which delayed settlement (no faults from Claude), but he kept me informed of every step as news came in. They really know their stuff and made the whole process a lot easier, keeping us informed throughout, being very prompt with responses to any questions (night or day) and following through with getting the items that popped up during the settlement process sorted. What we liked the most was the personal touch that went into their service, taking the the time to talk, and help where they could, even getting in their car and installing the window handle that was busted. This level of care hasn't always been my experience with other real estate agents. They were able to facilitate bringing forward the settlement day and also arrange for the home to be opened to get some trade quotes done which was very much appreciated given the tight turnaround before Christmas. I would certainly recommend them for selling or buying any property. They will take care of you.
