I met with two agents and ultimately chose Claude. I am glad I did. Claude was superbly organised, knew the market and importantly never forgot that he was there to work for the Vendor. I signed with Claude on a Sunday, and the following day he had a photographer attend, with Claude posting Instagram images that same day. One home open weekend and the property was under offer. Not just under offer - but at a price beyond my expectations. That is because Claude goes that extra mile. He is not interested in a lazy sale - he wants to get as much as he can for the Vendor. The path to settlement was smooth and easy. Having had my recent experience I would not use anyone else to sell in the inner city - particularly in the area between Beaufort Street and Fitzgerald Street which Claude knows so well.
