Initial contact with Imogen, then Nik, was very pleasant and encouraging. As the process continued with Nik we were kept informed and clearly advised of the process and developments. Home opens were well managed and Nik successfully negotiated a sale after only two weeks. Concerns centre around later communication. I was disappointed that Nik did not see the sale to its conclusion. He would have known a month before settlement his alternative plans were going to clash yet he only mentioned it briefly to my wife during final inspection. He forgot to mention the ladder to the buyers and importantly did not advise them that their purchase lay in a City of Stirling heritage area and building restrictions apply!

Louise was a wonderful estate agent who exceeded our expectations. We decided on Louise after attending a home open some years ago for another house that she was selling. I was impressed with her grace, style and charm - attentive but not pushy - helpful but not overbearing. So, when it came time to sell our own home, she was my agent of choice. Louise was always super organised and we never felt like she was going through the motions or churning us through - she had all the time in the world, and really cared about our family and situation. When we were preparing the house for sale, she took care to give advice about what to remedy - it was clear she was experienced and has a great eye for aesthetics and detail. All her recommendations were totally spot-on. When it came to sale, Louise didn't over-promise and under-deliver, she did the opposite - we were amazed at how quickly she brought in several offers that were all over our ideal price. Louise was great with follow-up and by the end of the deal, I felt that she knew us back to front and inside out. All that AND she has an awesome sense of humour. I cannot recommend Louise highly enough - she is one of those rare agents to give other agents a good name. Thank you, Louise.

Hello, Peter Menaglio is very nice and kind support to us. We are so happy and lucky when we bought this house with his services. We are foreigners, must apply FIRB by ourselves and paid its fee. He was patient to explain and assisted us all forms, procedures etc. until received an accepted offer of this property because we are the first time to buy this house in Australia.
