Theo and his colleague managed to achieve a successful sale of two old run down properties which were quite valuable but the buyer would need to spend significant further funds to bring them up to standard. One one of the properties had structural damage issues and Theo was proactive in resolving the issues to the satisfaction of us as vendors and for the buyer to achieve an early settlement.
