Moving is normally a daunting experience but I can say without hesitation that I would recommend Claude as a realtor. His relaxed demeanour, his knowledge of the Perth housing market and his punctuality were the traits that stood out for me. Nic And Theo were extremely good listeners. Our sale was very emotional as it was a family home for the past 60 years. Claude was referred by friends. Once I’d met Claude I was so comfortable that I looked no further. Claude’s knowledge of the area was excellent. He was firm when needed and reassuring when we had our doubts. Claude managed to get a quick sale at a good price even though it was a ‘subject to’ sale.
