Nik was very hands on from our first encounter. Claude was clear about the state of the property and we knew what we were buying despite having to buy from Victoria. He is pleasant to deal with, his advice was good and the negotiation process was quick and relatively easy. He is obviously very busy and at times was hard to get hold of and there was occasional lack of follow through. Those are very minor grumbles though, I would be very happy to deal with Claude again.
