I've dealt with a few real estate agents over the years so we were very careful when selecting the right agent to sell our property which had been in the family since the 1960s. After meeting Theo, it was clear he knew the area really well and provided sound and realistic advice. We listed the property and it sold within 2 weeks, Theo working tirelessly with a number of serious buyers to get us the best price possible. Just prior to settlement we unfortunately had a bit of bad luck with storm damage however Theo made numerous calls and helped us find urgent trades to undertake the repairs and ensure settlement was not delayed. Theo and Paragon are a 10/10 - Exceptional!

The service Louise provided when we bought our new home was so exceptional that we asked her to sell our existing house. Although it was out of her sales area, Louise was definitely up to speed on the local market. Her friendly, honest, efficient and insightful approach gave us confidence in our decisions.
