Absolute professional
I had used Nik a number of years ago when at that time I purchased a property in North Perth from him (off the plan development). At that time I found him to be straight forward, professional and trustworthy. More recently I wanted to sell an investment property, and I had no reservations in securing the services of Nik for this transaction. Once again he demonstrated why he is one of the best i the business. Always kept me in the loop, advised on what I should do prior to sale to maximize my return, and ultimately delivered on this promise.....You wont be disappointed using Nik from Paragon.

Sold first home open for more than the other agents valued the property for - speaks for itself!
Theo made the whole sale process easy - he was able to arrange trades and a styling company to ensure the property looked its very best on advertising and home open. He marketed the property well ensuring we got the sale we wanted. Highly recommend to those selling in the North Perth area.

Exceptional service
I've dealt with a few real estate agents over the years so we were very careful when selecting the right agent to sell our property which had been in the family since the 1960s. After meeting Theo, it was clear he knew the area really well and provided sound and realistic advice. We listed the property and it sold within 2 weeks, Theo working tirelessly with a number of serious buyers to get us the best price possible. Just prior to settlement we unfortunately had a bit of bad luck with storm damage however Theo made numerous calls and helped us find urgent trades to undertake the repairs and ensure settlement was not delayed. Theo and Paragon are a 10/10 - Exceptional!

A sellers agent for the buyer
Theo was very supportive to us as buyer through the entire process. He was happy to take our calls and answer all questions. He also liaised between us, our building inspector and the sellers to help get the best possible outcome for all parties come settlement time.
