Theo and Nik were fantastic to deal with. We felt that we could trust them after the first meeting. In fact they did such a good job that we didn't make it to the first home open - selling the night before. We firmly believe that their expertise and care were what sold our property. When we decided to sell our choice of agent was easy , although we had never met Claude his reputation is huge in North Perth for selling heritage homes so we rang and made an appointment and it was all very professional and efficiently handled by Claude .We followed all his suggestions in making our house ready for sale and the results came with huge home openings and a result in only five days .
