Both Nik and Theo were involved with their knowledge of market conditions generally and in particular in our area. The online advertisement was excellent and their house opens were very well handled. We had a lot of interest which eventually narrowed down to three very interested parties and Theo was able to negotiate a very acceptable result for us.

I recently purchased a new home and the agent was the Theo Kourloulis from Paragon Real Estate. I end up viewing the home at least 3 times (and had many questions) before I could decide and Theo was patient, relaxed and professional and I appreciated that. I ended up choosing Theo to sell my house as I wanted potential buyers of my old house to feel the same way I felt when I was viewing my new house and not to feel any unwanted pressure when trying to make this huge decision.
