Theo and Nick sold my mother's house using their existing data base and contacts, which enabled it to sell before we even had to put it on the market. I chose them for this very reason as I needed the house sold quickly and for the most accurate price range. They achieved our asking price, were non pushy, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They were also clearly representatives of us, the sellers (in the past I have experienced agents who act more in the interest of the buyer). They acted in our interests the whole time prior to settlement, ensuring that everything went smoothly on the day of settlement. The quickest and easiest experience I have had in selling a property, and I believe their knowledge and extensive experience selling in the North Perth area made this possible.
