After having to terminate 2 real estate agents I had the pleasure with dealing with Theo. Theo had long term market knowledge of North Perth and acted with integrity and professionalism through out the process. He provided guidance with pricing and I ended up having a couple of offers on the table which Theo helped with the negotiations and what I was after. We initially chose a different agent, who cost us a lot of money and stress. After 2 months of having our house on the market we switched to Theo from Paragon. House sold within a few days, off market!! Theo was honest, up front, helpful and communicated well with us and the buyer. Wish we had gone with him from the start.
