Theo had a somewhat unique approach to selling our home. He partners with Nick and the two of them meet you and they jointly show the house . They are backed up by a smart personal assistant so everything happens on time and accurately. Teamwork was very good. Their integrity was very good and this is where trust and reliability make the process of selling your home much less of a burden. They also provide on a low-key basis (no pressure) advice on staging the house , getting the lawns and garden tidied and advising on small details to improve the appearance. This took a lot of pressure off us as owners in not having to run around as much getting people to do things. They have good connections to almost any kind of trade or work to be done. All in all Theo and Nick performed admirably for us and the whole experience was in marked contrast to previous experiences with some agents. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling real estate.

From the moment I met Theo at the open home he was had a very relaxed attitude with no pressure and was open and honest regarding all the faults of the house. We had some issues during the process with the sellers which I think Theo managed well and even though we didn't get the result we wanted, the sale proceeded.
