I’ve bought and sold 17 properties over the years so I’ve met and worked with several realestate agents in the past.We chose Richard because he was well known in the area we lived in and had a good reputation we knew Richard for 2years before asking Richard to sell our house he always stayed in touch giving us the latest market update etc...but we never felt pressured or under any obligation to sell with him(many agents can make you feel pressured) but not Richard,so we decided to go with Richard,and we’re very happy we did! He made us feel very relaxed,and we knew we could ask him anything.Richard was always easy to contact and his knowledge of the local market seemed spot on,Selling your home can be very stressful but Richard was very good at making the whole experience as smooth and relaxing as possible , we got a few offers straight away but we were under no pressure to accept them,eventually we accepted an we were very happy with,and then on the day of settlement when we were moving into our new house we were exorsted from the move and out of the blue Pizzas,drinks and garlic bread were delivered to us for dinner.That was above and beyond and a very thoughtful jesture, so we’re very happy we chose Richard to sell our house,a very professional and thoughtful realestate agent.We would recommend Richard to anyone who is ready to sell their home.
