We chose Richard to sell our house off the back of a few online recommendations. Richard was an absolute delight to deal with, from the moment my partner and I met him. Having dealt with multiple real estate agents in the past, it was a refreshing change to be in the company of a down to earth human being. His knowledge of the market and the area far exceeded our expectations, and his experience had us achieve a sale price of more than what we paid 2 years prior even while the market had declined further. Highly recommend him!! Would happily have him sell any future properties.

Richard and his team provided a fantastic sales experience for us. As we live in Europe the communication and support with time zone issues were excellent. We were able to get a fast result as the expectations that he set early in the sales process were easily backed up by data and his feel for the market. I would recommend Richard and his team to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.

Richard was well spoken, knowledgeable, polite and had very good communication skills. He was always a phone call away during the whole process, he kept me updated, he was honest and most importantly he was reliable. Richard was a delight to deal with, I would recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling, to ensure a smooth process. Thanks richard.

We have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years and have to say that working with Richard and his team has been a treat by comparison. A difficult property to sell in a tricky market proved no obstacle for Richard, who had absolute certainty that he would attract the right buyer, which is exactly what occured. The sales process was seamless. Likeable, trustworthy and with up-to-the-minute sales and marketing techniques (not to mention being extremely well versed in the art of doing a deal), it's Richard's people skills and professionalism that shone through. Passionate about his business, we found him to be likeable and trustworthy, affording the same care and attention to all his clients, regardless of their property size and value. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him as a trusted sales agent.

Brad was very helpful and provided useful information. Although he had done a great job getting a very good price for the seller, he also helped me as a buyer to complete the purchase and getting the apartment ready for rent. Very happy to deal with Brad.

We were thinking of selling for a long time before we signed with Richard but when we did he got us organised and listed, we only had one weekend open and house sold. So very quick and all requests done. We would recommend Richard highly.
