Richard and Kayler were great to work with in purchasing our first home. The advice provided was professional, negotiations simple and we were able to move forward to organising the settlement date within a week of the house going on market. I would look to use Richard in the future if we were looking to sell.

I have taken my time (12 months in Feb) to write this review - I did not want to still be emotional when I wrote this. The fact is, the disappointment is still there and I often wish we had never bought the property due to such a bad experience. I would have loved to have given Richard 5 stars and indeed up to and including the signing of the contract, he did provide 5 star performance. However, the day after the signing he advised he provided us with wrong information on the property - which should we wish to fix this would cost us some $60,000. I do appreciate his honesty in coming forward and his agreement to compensate us a small amount from his commission due to his error; from that point forward Richard’s attitude and service went from 100% to bare minimal and even was hostile. He did not procure all external keys from the owner as required by WA law and when the owner took fittings which per the contract were to remain, he clearly informed us that he was not happy at any request we had because he was in effect “working for free”. There were numerous other issues I could list about his aftersales service and attitude but I don't want to rant and rave here. Lets just say, totally disappointed and the sting still remains.

Fantastic experience with Richard and the team at Edison McGrath. If you're thinking of selling, definitely use Richard. He is fantastic. He couldn't have made the process easier if he tried. Thanks again and all the best!

Richard was motivated, professional and really understood how to sell our house. His good humour made the process more bearable, and the members of his team who connected with us to ensure the house was ready for sale were highly skilled and helpful. Would eagerly recommend Richard and his team.

Brad made possible a successful outcome to the sale of our apartment. Living in Canberra we needed a lot of support pre sale and during marketing period. Brad is an excellent communicator, knows the local market and always kept us informed. He also had contacts and helpful suggestions we needed for renovation work prior to sale. Couldn't have had a better agent and highly recommend! Thanks Brad!

Richard has sold three properties for us now. We’ve never had more than two weekends of home opens and one property didn’t even go to market before it was sold. Richard is easy to work with and has a great team helping him. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
