Shaelagh was immediately responsive when I called to make our first appointment and I was made to feel comfortable that I had chosen the right person with the knowledge and experience we needed. We left the first meeting happy that our circumstances ( sale of a deceased estate) was going to proceed well, due to Shaelagh’s professionalism. From the initial phone call to the settlement day Karl and the team were fantastic. Their professional experience and knowledge was impressive. The house was presented beautifully with their guidance and the marketing campaign was well thought through. Even down to little touches like flowers on the table. Selling from interstate has its challenges but Property Culture knows the local market so well I had every confidence they would find the right buyer, and they did.
