As a buyer, I understand Nyal was working for the vendor. I believe I got the place for a fair price. Nyal has been responsive to my calls and messages, even after the sale, sorting out some issues not realised prior to sale. There were some boundary issues with the property which extended settlement another 2 months. It would have been smoother if this was picked up before putting it on the market, but I don't know if that's realistic or whose responsibility that is. As above Nyal was helpful and responsive throughout, thanks Nyal.

Nyal is a great agent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else selling or buying a house. He is very attentive and a good communicator and does what he says he is going to do, so no trust issues. Nyal is very likable but really shines when it comes time to negotiate. He's very good at this and dare I say he got us a new record price settlement for the area we were selling in. Would I recommend or use Nyal again for any real estate needs I may have in the future? Absolutely!!! 100%

David was amazing. His insights to price point and what work to do before the sale were spot on. His negotiations on our behalf were excellent. When something unexpected showed up on our buyer's building inspection, David quickly organised a quote for someone to fix it.
