I had a number of Real Estate Agents come and value my property at 5 Craven Road, Sandford. The reason I chose Deb and Ashley was firstly because the appraisal they presented on the property was excellent. It was thorough, easy to read and understand and given to me quickly. When I made my decision to sell the property with Eis Deb herself, was very professional and approachable. The property sold quickly (first open home) and so what could have been a lot more stressful turned out to be exciting and rewarding. Going through the contracts and signing was made a lot easier for me as I trusted Deb and she explained them clearly. Subsequent conversations with both Deb and Ashley have reinforced their reliability and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to prospective sellers.
