Over & Above
Ben Gray went over and above what was expected with the sale of our property. His professional approach and "can do" manner made selling our property as stress free as possible. No issue was too big or too small, and we were particularly impressed with the high level of communication throughout the process, right up until settlement. We Would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone or making use of his services again. Well Done!

Ben was fantastic. We were only curious about what our property was worth to begin with. Ben was able to give as an accurate appraisal and also up-to-date information pertaining to sales in our property location. A perspective from the other side
We were buyers, not sellers, so Nyal was obviously trying to get us to buy a house rather than represent us. From that perspective, I'd say he did a good job selling. He knew what things to focus on so we'd be interested (very targetted selling - he even mentioned that there were quolls in the area, a particular interest of mine!) and he was tireless in negotiating for his clients. I think they'd be pretty happy with the result he got for them.

Our Experience
Nyal was personable, friendly and was very active in following up with my wife and I when we were looking for our new home. Nyal found the perfect property for us and made our young daughters feel very much a part of the process. Our only concern was after the sale and in the run up to settlement when we had limited contact with Nyal. I would have preferred more updates from Nyal during this process. I felt when there was a problem with the checks on the house Nyal was not across the issues and we had to sort these things out without his support. In fairness we didn’t call him, but there was no contact from him either. This would have made us feel better supported. He is a lovely guy and he made a good negotiator for the sellers. This is only aimed at being constructive criticism. on the whole he was very helpful in locating our new home and I wish him well.

Eager knowledgeable agent
We were very pleased and pleasantly satisfied with David’s handling of our property sale, the sale journey process with David began months prior to the actual sale as we were actively involved with repairing and preparing the property for sale. David was sought out for his advice and was at all times very professional and honest with his opinions, communicated truthfully with everything relating to the market conditions, resulting with a successful quick sale to our satisfaction. We look forward, recommend and definitely would use David again in the future.

Worth Considering

Made the purchase so easy!
Nyal is approachable and personable. As a buyer, I found that he was really quick to respond to my enquiries at any time of the day and also followed up all other questions that I had if he couldnt answer them on the spot. Nyal happily offered to show us property the following day on a weekend after the official open home as my partner could not make it. He kept us informed throughout the quick settlement and made things straightforward.
