We used Di's services 9 years ago to buy sell and buy houses in the Everton Park market. Di has helped us sell our current house in Everton Park again and has been fabulous. Di has a very strong hold in the local area of buyers and insight into the local market. Thanks Di for all your care and help with helping to sell mum and dad's help, your patience was very much appreciated :)

If you are looking for someone who is dedicated to service and knows the local area, then look no further. Di recently sold our parent's house, and her punctuality, accuracy, knowledge, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Di continually took the extra step to help us and managed to keep my sister (who lives overseas) and me up to date with all the significant information throughout our negotiations. Above all else, her sensitivities to the needs of my elderly parents were touching, and it deserves a special mention. We could not find fault with Di and would highly recommend her to others. Thank you, Di and the Elders team

A difficult property to sell, for varying reasons, but Di proved supportive and positive throughout the whole process. Great knowledge of the market and excellent people skills. Always communicating to let me know what was happening or what I needed to do - particularly considering I am not a local. Would highly recommend.

We found Di to be extremely capable and courteous at all times. She kept us informed daily on the progress of the sale of our house. She really worked hard for us to achieve the best price. We would definitely recommend Di to anyone looking for an excellent agent.

Regretfully originally listed my house with the suburbs "lending agents" who gave up on my house after 3 unsuccessful open homes pre pandemic once they realised it wasn't an easy sale. Di never gave up and was there every single weekend up until it sold.

Di is a fabulous agent - nothing is too much trouble, she goes above and beyond to assist the seller in getting the best price.

As this was my first time selling I found Di very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects and was very helpful.

Di represented the sellers and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She is clear, straightforward, available and helpful. We have dealt with a number of different sellers agents over the years (from the buy side) and Di's character and service was outstanding. I can highly recommend Di, and will be engaging Di to represent us in selling when the time comes.

Di worked tirelessly to secure a buyer, and ensured she had a back up plan to secure the sale, even when the first buyer fell through. Within days we had a new contract, and whilst it wasn’t entirely smooth sailing, due to reasons beyond our control, Di was persistent and consistent in her communication to keep things on track.
