Di sparked our attention when she replied first to our call out for realestate agents to sell out property on a public holiday. She was professional, motivated and honest from the start. Di constantly kept us updated and worked right up to Christmas Eve doing open homes, in fact open homes were still run when there was an offer on the table in case it fell through. We put our trust in Di with her suggestions and in the end it resulted in a multiple offer scenario. We saw Di in her element and knew we made the right choice when just the right amount of respectful pressure was used to get the highest offer out of the buyers. The outcome was so much more then expected, a lot more! The high was replaced with lows and feelings of frustration with extremely fussy buyers and the incompetence of their solicitors. While we wavered, Di remained calm and logical. She facilitated outstanding communication and reality testing with the buyers. Di kept working for us right up to the eleventh hour with both the pest and building and finance date. When both finally went unconditional, Di humbly shared in our excitement of the sale with real relief and happiness for us. Time and time again, my husband and I said “she’s really working for her money” and “thank God we picked Di”. We can not recommend Di enough to be your agent for the sale of your home. She was pivotal in changing our lives financially.
