As many buyers in Brisbane we saw 80-100 houses before this final house. When Di showed us the house she let us explore it rather than selling it to us. I cannot recommed Di highly enough. She always had the time to talk to me, from when I first touched base with her about the possibility of selling my house until the contract went unconditional. But more than this, she was a straight shooter: she answered my questions honestly and never left me with false expectations. This was very important as I live in Sydney and am less familiar with buying and selling in Queensland. As for the sale itself, after less than a week I had six buyers. Di spent her Sunday negotiating with all of them, and I ended up with a price considerably higher than her original estimation. Di is a master of her profession!
