Di recently assisted us with the purchase of a property in Everton Park.In her dealings with us we found Di to be both friendly and professional. In particular Di attended the open house inspections personally. All building and follow up inspections were attended personally. all correspondence either by email or phone were attended to promptly and we feel these attributes contributed greatly to our successful purchase.

The agent was late to the building and pest inspection and valuation making all parties wait. When keys were picked up Di didn't even bother getting off the phone to hand the keys over. The house was vacant during the sale period. when we arrived at the house after settlement the back door was open and all doors were left unlocked Settlement was 2 weeks ago the for sale sign hasn't been removed the house is still listed on real estate.com. Di was unable to answer questions regarding age of house, and possibility of asbestos being present, and in my dealings with other agents regarding other properties they were always able to answer these same questions on the spot.

Di was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of our engagement with her. She is a true professional, who is very pragmatic in her approach to the sale of your house. Being a local gave her the credibility and local market knowledge that we wanted. There was no pretentious hype leading to unrealistic expectations, only objective analysis of the market resulting in positioning our propriety expertly. We had continual communication during the sale process, never having to wonder what was happening unlike our other experiences with real estate agents. I would have no hesitation to recommend Di Webb to represent your property needs. Janelle Chapman and Ken Cassidy

Di recently sold a property to us in Everton Park. She is very efficient at her job and is easy to talk to. We had no issues at all and was able to answer any questions we had. I appreciate the ease of buying a house considering how stressful the time can be. Di knows what she is doing and I would highly recommend her.

Di was very helpful, honest and took our property on her books after we had been unsuccessful for so long in selling the property with another agent. I especially, thankful that Di didn't give us any negative feedback about the property and sold it, in a matter of weeks. Thank you Di,...Jeanette

We opted to instruct Di due to her market presence within the area and her personable approach on the appraisal. As a former real estate agent, Di was very patient in managing my own outdated opinions and after suggesting for some weeks that we change the marketing, we eventually agreed which quickly brought out the sale. We firstly secured an offer that was lower than we hoped but we were prepared to accept. Di suggested we hold out, introducing another buyer with a considerably higher offer. I do believe a lot of agents would've pushed us to accept the first offer but this extra money made a big difference and to be fair, covered the fee.

Di sold my house after I had interviewed two male and two other female agents. Di listened to me, she directed my concerns and guided me through the sale. She was extremely helpful and nothing was too difficult for her to handle. She was very hands on through out the selling process and kept me well informed.

Di, thank you for managing the sale of our Everton Park townhouse. You developed and presented a marketing strategy and sale price we were comfortable with, and held to the strategy during the marketing period. Our townhouse was under offer within 10 days for a price we were pleased with. Your professional approach to the sale negotiations eliminated the pressure and stress often associated with selling property. Pam and David

Di Webb whom I have dealt with twice in the past 18 months is a fantastic agent. I bought from Di as she was very courteous, knowledgeable, personal and not pushy. I then put my property on the market with Di because I knew she would get a great result- which she did. I will use Di again when I sell my next property. Di was constantly in contact with me and is the ultimate professional. I am constantly praising Di to anyone I know and yes I have advised them of her fantastic outcomes. Thoroughly Recommended!
