Having purchased a property from Di, it was a simple decision to rely on her skills, experience and insights when it came time to sell. From initial consultation to closing the sale, we were impressed with her communication and guidance. Resulting in a clean sale, a great price and a simple, straight forward process. Highly recommend.

Di helped us sell our home and provided excellent insight to the market in our local area. Her greatest asset to us personally was her reassurance and wisdom in what proved to be a very stressful process. We truely value the service and care she provided to us - Thank you Di

Selling our home was an emotional roller-coaster. The buyers wanted all sorts of hoops jumped through after we accepted their offer. Di helped us to complete the buyers requirements and the sale was completed within the initial settlement date.

Di was very knowledgeable of the current market in the area. It was because of her professionalism and strategies that I chose her and her team to sell my property. The final sale price was well above any expectations that I had. Great communication throughout the entire process. I absolutely recommend Di to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Di to any potential seller. Di gave a realistic opinion of the market and the value of the property and the best way to promote the sale. For want of better words, Di is not an "overseller", a trait I think important with agents and I very much appreciated her ability to listen to what I wanted to achieve out of the sale. Her communication was excellent. She made the sale a very painless process of which I thank her.

Di and the team at Elder’s Everton Park are second to none! Their professionalism and relatability made selling our house a breeze. We not only got the price we wanted, Di has also offered advice as we search for our next home. Thanks again Di!

Di Webb handled the sale of our property in a highly professional manner with integrity and became our most trusted advisor about the market. Although Di is the most experienced agent in the area with excellent people skills, she is so much more than a realtor. She is a great communicator with everyone involved in the process, always keeping us informed and patiently addressing all of our questions and concerns. We would not hesitate to recommend her services!

We worked with Di for the sale of our family home after the death of my father. It was, of course, an emotional time and with the help of Di we were able to successfully sell the house for a very good price in a quick timeframe. Di provided us with great advice on how best to prepare, present and market the house for sale and when obstacles arose she helped us to effectively navigate. The sale of a property is rarely a straight line process and Di proved to be an experienced professional when the unexpected occurred, with great counsel and the ability to communicate effectively with all parties. I am delighted with the proactive support that Di has provided in the sale of our house. As well, Di is supported by a full team that make all aspects of the sale as seamless as possible. I am located in the USA and even that was not a problem with time zones, document signatures and timely communication all handled with ease. Di is a true professional in the real estate industry and I highly recommend her for your real estate needs

We had to sell our mums home under a Power of Attorney. Without Di's extensive knowledge we would have encountered problems which could have held up or prevented a sale. She kept all persons involved up to date and sold the home quickly and for the money we wanted. We would highly recommend her when selling your home.

Selling our property through Di has truly been a pleasurable experience. Di exceeded our expectations in every aspect in selling our property. What we liked about Di is that she was both personable and honest in her dealings with us. She set realistic expectations and worked extremely hard to get the outcome that we wanted. Di kept us continually informed throughout the sale of our property. As interstate sellers she rang and emailed us regularly to keep us informed. We couldn’t have selected a better agent to sell our property. Her knowledge of Everton Park and the surrounds is second to none. I would highly recommend Di to anyone who is considering selling their property around the Everton Park area. Thanks Di for everything!

Di acted on my behalf during the sale of a Everton Park townhouse. Everything was done remotely without any issues whatsoever. The valuation was very accurate, and the final sale price was $100k above what another local agent had quoted to me only a couple of weeks prior. My property was sold after only the first open house, where I received numerous acceptable offers. More than happy with the outcome. I would have no issues engaging Di again in the future.
