Our property wasn’t easy to sell as it came with several challenges so we chose the best agent Di Webb. We loved the way she dealt with every challenge as it appeared and kept us informed in layman’s language all the way along, she definitely deserves the title outstanding.

Di was wonderful throughout our sale process. She was always proactive and didn't miss anything that needed to be dealt with. Selling property can be extremely stressful but Di was always available to talk and make things easy to understand which mitigated those stress levels. Would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

As an Interstate investor, Di's communication through the entire process was A1, she kept me informed throughout, and went out her way to help with issues we were unaware of. She assisted in the handover from the previous tenant with facetime inspections. The property sold quickly and within the price range discussed.

Stayed in contact from Day 1, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my first home buyer questions. Quick replies, great advice and couldn't ask for a better experience. My partner and I were both entering into our first purchase with no real experience, unsure of the processes and who to ask. Di was always approachable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly Recommend!

Di worked her little heart out getting a GOOD price for our house, we are very happy with the end result. She went out of her way to answer all our questions without any hesitation, always ready with a smile. I have no hesitation in recommending her for anything to do with real estate, she knows the market and makes the effort to be on top of all "goings on" .in the market. Take her on she will get the best possible outcome with a smile on her face.

I highly recommend Di Webb to help anyone who want to sell their property. She understood that our house had been a much loved family home with so many happy memories. Di valued what we valued so that we always felt that she pointed out its many good points which would suit future owners. As a local resident, her knowledge of the area and its future developments, was a big part in the sale of the house. Di kept us informed of all expressions of interest. A big "thank you" to Di. We would certainly retain her services again.

This was not the first time we have worked with Di to sell our home, and once again she delivered! She is an expert in the Brisbane Northside area and she is an exceptional practitioner. Di is incredibly genuine, kind and thoughtful in her approach. Her communication was exceptional and she managed our emotional ups and downs throughout the selling process wonderfully. I would highly recommend Di to anyone selling their home. She is a rare gem of an agent and person.
