Well presented Friendly and polite always ready to help us as vendors. Able to deal with difficult purchasers and reassure us in a caring way. Found plenty of potential buyers for our property. Kept his calm when we gave unreasonable requests due to personal concerns. Patient and available even after hours. Found the perfect buyer for our property at a price which fulfilled our expectations.

Tim was great to deal with and found good buyers for both of our properties within a couple of months of listing. Both contracts went through first go without any problems. Tim has a friendly relateable manner and good knowledge of the local area and surrounds. We couldn't be happier and recommend Tim without hesitation!

Honest, friendly and great to deal with
We found Tim to be very available, fast and reliable. He seemed to be a very 'real' type person that wasn't all business as we found ourselves talking about weekend activities etc.. From what we could tell Tim knew what he was talking about and seemed to be very honest. Although the banks delayed us a lot, the real estate itself went very smoothly.
