When I was looking for an agent Chris was probably 3rd in line until i arranged a to have him come and look at the property. He left the others in his wake after I had spoken with him. Chris spoke to me without any pressure or hard sales lines and made the decision rather easy in the end on who I should choose to list the property. While there were some unexpected hurdles along the way the house was sold quickly and throughout the whole process Chris made certain I was continually updated with progress and moved quickly to make sure there would be a positive outcome.
