Ingrid (Managing Director) was happy to spend time discussing our options for rental or sale of our property provided a clear picture of the rental and sales market in the local area. They gave clear and relevant information which showed the depth of their local knowledge, and a far better understanding of the market than the few other agents that bothered to respond. Ingrid was happy to explain her responses and back it up with facts and figures. Once we had made the decision to sell, Jacob took the reins. Nothing was too much bother, from attending building inspections upon practical completion, to picking up keys and checking to make sure the tap was on to water the new lawns. His understanding of the local market was comprehensive and integral to achieving an excellent outcome. His communication was first rate and his knowledge of the local market was superb. We cannot recommend Jacob and Elders Real Estate enough. Their professionalism is undoubtably the best we have come across in our dealings with Real Estate agents throughout Australia. They have gone above and beyond in all aspects.

If I could give 10 stars for Jacob I would do it with a blink of an eye. Such an efficient and intelligent agent who has genuine interests for your situation.
