Jacob sold our property in almost record time. Certainly a record for us... less than a week! He knows the market well, pitched our property appropriately, and his approach garnered us a great sale price. Jacob also suggested using a third party to address advertising and marketing needs. This worked well, both in promotion and ease of payment. Throughout the Settlement process Jacob regularly continued to update us and walk us through procedures, which we very much appreciated, not living near the property. We had a great experience with Elders Mandurah. Jacob wasn’t available on the particular day we wanted to view the property, so his sister Jordain stepped in without hesitation. Being a family run business, it was clear they support each other without any sense of competition. From start to finish, Jordain was extremely helpful, always quick to respond, offered plenty of reliable recommendations for services we reuqired, and made the whole process of buying a home feel a lot less overwhelming. Jacob was very helpful throughout the entire sales process. From the outset, expectations were set around the property requiring some work to improve the sale value. Jacob was able to help with arranging quotes and contractors to attend the house and perform the work, as well as assisting with organising funding through Campaign Agent to have the renovation work be taken out at the point of settlement. I highly recommend Jacob his team, as they made the entire process as smooth as possible and maintain regular communications to keep me updated on the progress from start to finish.
