Being a family run business, it was clear they support each other without any sense of competition. From start to finish, Jordain was extremely helpful, always quick to respond, offered plenty of reliable recommendations for services we reuqired, and made the whole process of buying a home feel a lot less overwhelming. Jordain and Jacob were flexible and accommodating around our limited availability, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful time. Jacob was very helpful throughout the entire sales process. From the outset, expectations were set around the property requiring some work to improve the sale value. Jacob was able to help with arranging quotes and contractors to attend the house and perform the work, as well as assisting with organising funding through Campaign Agent to have the renovation work be taken out at the point of settlement. I highly recommend Jacob his team, as they made the entire process as smooth as possible and maintain regular communications to keep me updated on the progress from start to finish.
