Sold before it was for sale
From observing other sales and from previous valuations, I'm pretty confident I knew what our home was worth. Bernie gave me an estimate at the upper end, but I hadn't signed him up. Within a week, before signing he came with an offer on that estimate. Well done Bernie!!

Professional, and trustworthy
Adam was very good from the start, knew the property, didn't try hard selling, after the offer was accepted, he communicated very well, keep us informed, no tricks, helped with all the documents, settlement, etc, very professional, highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, Hardworking Professional who Cares
Following the loss of my father we had to sell his home. We were lucky in choosing Bernie Egan as he showed compassion while guiding us through the selling process. His extensive knowledge of market trends and tips on how to prepare the property for sale was very helpful. Once listed and prospective buyer inspections began, we received regular updates – initially a text asking to talk, followed by a detailed call when convenient. Bernie managed the numerous offers in a balanced and efficient manner. Our decision was tough but we are delighted to have a young first home owner couple moving into dads home. Choosing to sell my house with Adam was a great choice. The initial meeting went well, had some great ideas on marketing and presentation of the property, great communication throughout. Follows up with potential buyers and makes himself available for viewings outside normal home opens. Easy process from start to finish.
