I found Bernie to be very knowledgeable on Real Estate matters as Well He goes the extra mile to help sell my property. He really knows how to get along with people and to treat people with respect and I found him to be very honest. Shaun assisted me as an interstate buyer by having a deep understanding of the local market great communication skills, he is a professional. He assisted me as a buyer by taking my offer to the seller and that I was having to sell a house. Additionally he has worked hard to rectify the issue of the water heater not working and he arranged for cleaning people to come through the house organised a mower guy to mow the lawn at their own cost. When the building and pest inspection highlighted that there were out of date smoke alarms and other things he has them repaired Shaun is a hard worker and highly professional person
