She picked the 2 most likely potential purchasers out of the crowd, if number 1 didn’t make it ( which happened ) she had a back up plan. Ours I would say was not an easy sale mainly because of the council and the zoning, it was wanted by many but was a difficult finance proposition. At every turn ( which was many ) Sharnelle had expert professional and experienced advise which came to fruition. She and her team keep us up to date with every turn. I had many telephone calls and face to face decisions with Sharnelle and I enjoyed every one. As I have said she is very astute and understands situations for both sellers and purchasers alike, We brought the property through Sharnelle and asked her to sell it for us, we would do the same again with a smile. Sharnelle is very easy to talk too and picks up on what is required for all parties very quickly. I feel it’s not just a business with Sharnelle, she enjoys every minute because she loves it and we thanks her for that.
