An angel at who she is and what she does
Sharnelle has been nothing but communicative, genuine and helpful throughout the entire experience. In today’s market, we have found the agent/buyer rapport to be something of the past. She is extremely professional, punctual, thorough and informative, something which we have rarely experienced throughout our experience entering the market. Ben Ive did a superb job with off market sale
We did not want to put our property on the market but just gauge the market. Ben suggested a sign to generate interest from people looking at the properties in the area and kept following using his contacts and any other enquires that came through their office to chase offers. When the property next door went on the market that was the main generator of interested that ultimately resulted in the property being sold with a price within our range. Ben was always keeping us up to date over a number of month's and was very persistent in his follow ups.

Sharnelle is completely trustworthy and someone I'd highly recommend.
I purchased a property through Sharnelle in 2013. I looked at selling recently and was given an appraisal by the agent I had managing the property which I thought was doubtful. I came back to Sharnelle and was happy with her feedback on the property. She sold it for me in 3 days for about 15% more than what I was told elsewhere, and even above what I'd originally hoped for. You can be confident she will the right thing by you.

Queensland purchase
We have recently purchased a property through Elders real estate, being interstate buyers John and his team went above and beyond to assist us in navigating the QLD market. Due to recent border closures we were unable to view the property in person, however John was flexible and ensured we were able to view the property video call. John was at hand to answer any questions about the local market and the purchase process.
